I need to add terms to our terms table that show our customers these terms: 5% 10th, Net 30th............meaning that the 5% discount can be taken if the invoice is paid by the 10th of the following month, or the invoice is due in full by the 30th of the following month.

No problem entering the description of course, but what do I use in the "days" columns?? Both discount days and past due days.............. ???

Type is %, days is discount days (10) and maximum days til due is 30, but I believe this is from the date of the invoice, not the start of the following month. If DBA can do that, I'd like to know how too!

DBA cannot do that. Next-Gen can date from months rather than invoice date.

Next-Gen is what Ezijobz has been rebranded as for the North American Market. Still EJ in NZ and Aus.

Friske13 -

We will have the terms you want added by the next IS Tech update. We will add a new type "D" to the Terms Table meaning due on a calendar date of the following month. If only the "Max Days Till Due" is entered then it will be treated as Due on the Xth day of the following month. If a discount percentage and Discount Date are also entered, it will work as you describe.

When this option is added at the next update is it also possible to be able to have more than 20 different terms? I've run out of room.

Unfortunately, that is more difficult. But the option for terms based on the start of the next month was added some time ago.

Let me look into adding a new table for terms beyond 20 but it won't be a simple task due to the number of programs involved.
