The Payroll hours report does not match with the payroll earnings ledger. The hours do not total the same.

Anna,
Have you set up any additional hours under PR-A Enter Employees - Pay Categories - User Defined Categories? If so, when you run the PR Hours report those hours will show up on the Report as Other, and when you run PR Earnings Ledger the hours will be the total of all hours. We do this to split Management hours/Direct hours for Work Comp Audits.
