A Manual check was entered in DBA and it is now effecting the A/P aging as a debit balance. When looking at the BKAPCHKH table the check seems to be listed twice and our G/L bal and A/P aging disagree by the amount of the "extra" check. Can this record be safely deleted from the table and if so, do I need to do any maintenance (eg reindex) after deleting the record?

Yes, you can delete it if it is ONLY showing twice in this table.

And you do not HAVE TO re-index....it is generally a good idea if you do however.
