I'm missing something.
When we key in "Kit Issue?": L, it changes to Y when you hit enter. Tried defaulting to L in SD-Q, but that doesn't help. I re-call trying this out a while ago and it worked fine.
I can take it! -- tell me where I've screwed up.

Yes it changes, but keep going. Put in the quantity and enter. It brings up the list.

It changes to Y on the screen but the List will still come up.
