Title: Qtr to date taxable earnings Post by Kristie on 01/03/05 at 08:33:21 We have one employee that grosses over the FICA limit.  Last week, after all the 2004 payrolls were complete, I ran the Employee Qtr-to-date taxable earnings (PR-L-C) with the dates of 10/01/04 to 12/31/04 report qtr 4.  This report did not show the correct taxable FICA amount for the employee.  I reran the report today with the dates of 01/01/04 to 12/31/04 and the reporting qtr 4.  This report showed the correct taxable FICA for that employee but the Grand Total for Taxable FICA still shows the same total as last weeks report.  I had to manually add up the column to get the correct Grand Total.
