I did a test run (to screen) on W-2's. First name & initial print, but the last name does not print on the W-2. Please advise if I am doing something incorrectly.

Did you download the latest patch with the new RTM?

I DOWNLOADED THE 12/14/04 UPDATE AND INSTALLED IT TODAY. I TRIED BEFORE THE UPDATE AND IT DID NOT WORK, SO I DOWNLOADED THE UPDATE AND IT WAS THE SAME. DO I NEED TO DO A PATCH ON TOP OF IT?

The payroll for 2005 tax tables and the 2004 W-2 RTM was posted separately. You should have received an email with the link.

Lynn,

The email there didn't indicate there was anything more than tax table updates. I had already manually updated my tax tables and didn't download the update. But I guess I will now....

Just a suggestion that maybe another email with that info might help some who don't use the forum.

Thanks Lynn. I downloaded the tax update, etc. and it is working now.
