Title: QTD TAXABLE EARNINGS REPORT
Post by RAGINE on 01/13/05 at 12:00:20

Hi
I ran my QTD taxable earnings report for the 4th qtr. The employee totals are not reflecting health insurance & simple ira deductions(pre-taxed) they are all the same totals for TOTAL WAGES, FEDERAL,FICA & MEDICARE. I've never had this happen before.
Last IS TECH update July 04.

Hi, it's me again

a little more info on the QTD report:
I do have Lynn's 7/21/04 update, but, for some reason the reports & other areas are now showing the ISC Custom 2001.1, which I have not used for several years. Could this be the problem?

IS Tech has never modified the PR-L-B report so you have whatever you had before you installed IS Tech Updates - either standard DBA or some other custom.  If you have another custom and would like the standard DBA version I can send it to you.

Thanks Lynn,
Do you know of a reason why these reports are not correct all of a sudden?, this is the first time that they have not reflected the pre-tax amounts. I'm at a loss and I hate the thought of having to do these reports manualy. What about installing your Dec update?

IS Tech  updates only contain the programs we have changed and we have never changed that one.  Thay's why I offered to send you the standard DBA version.

Lynn,
Thanks for your help, I printed the reports again today, and now they are reflecting the pre-tax amounts. Go figure??
