Title: Receipt Traveler - special Instr Post by dbernhard on 01/14/05 at 05:37:20 :-/ How do you add special instructions to a receipt traveler?  There is a space titled "special Instructions" but I can't find where to enter the info. Would like to use this as a red flag for past discrepant material issues - to red flag the inspector on incoming inspection.   :-/ Thanks Debra
