I can not seem to find the right combination to list the information for our "simple plan" . I have in the past always listed an "S" in box 12a with the amount deducted. However, every combination I use list a "D".

Any suggestions??? :-/

I,ve also noticed this. I went ahead and used the D two years ago, and manually did them last year (we only have 20 emp). The IRS informed me that we need to use the S, or do a W-2 correction form.

Let me see if I can have programming take a quick look at this (I realize there isn't much time). Would you typically have all employees either an S or D so you could specify at the time of printing (easy solution) or could youhave some employees with D and some with S?

In our company, all employees are "s". It would work for us if we could specify at the time of printing what the plan is, either a "S" or "D". :-*

OK, that's easy, consider it done. PR-L-I now has a place to indicate whether to print S or D in box 12a. I will email this to IS Tech subscribers.

Being emailed and also available to IS Tech subscribers to download at www.istechsupport.com/dl/bkprli.zip. You must have a valid IS Tech Support add-on license to be able to use the file. If you have downloaded and installed the IS Tech update for 10/8 or 12/14 you have a current license.
