I still get first name only on W2 printing, after downloading and unzipping dba's PR123004.EXE into my DBAMFG directory. That BKPRLI.RTM is dated 12/30/04. I also put the tax table file into my DEFAULT directory, but no help.

Is there another file that I need?

Thanks, Lynn, for the copy of BKPRLI.RTM. W2's are printed and the kids are happy now.

I learned something I didn't know about elective deferrals. I have to list the deduction number twice. On the "Pension Plan Deduction Number" so it will print an "X" in block 13; and again under "401k Deduction Number" so it will print a Code D amount in box 12.
