We recently discovered that when you enter a So & go to print an Ack the total price is 0 until unless you enter another SO in the system.
Is this somewhere in our setup or does everyone experience this?

I thought we fixed that a long time ago. Are you perhaps using an old version of the RTM? Can you copy the latest one (RTX extension) to RTM and try it?

I copied the the BKSOB3.RTx file over to my C: drive & changed the ext. to RTM & copied back to my DBAMFG folder. I still have the same problem of SO ACk totals not printing unless I enter another SO.
Did I do this correctly?

I have seen this problem intermittently. Is a newer RTM the fix?
