I purged some very old purchase orders. Afterwards it gave me the message that I ned to reindex the PO files to clear up disk space. How do I do that?

On the utilities menu choose Re-Index. The files for PO history would be BKAPHPO and BKAPHPOL.

Use UT-C to reindex the following files:

BKAPHPO.Bxx
BKAPHPOL.Bxx
BKAPPO.Bxx
BKAPPOL.Bxx

where xx is the company extension or blank for default company.

Pay attention to instructions to backup files first and run when no one is in system.

Actually Tim, there is no need to re-index the "open" files (BKAPPO and BKAPPOL) as she only purged historical PO's which would have no data remaining in the open files.
