HI, when we include our section 125 dependent care in the cafeteria plan deduction when printing w2's, it does not produce any figures for the dependent care benefits for box 10 on the W2, but lumps the amount in section 125 in box 14. if I omit this deduction for the cafeteria plan, then the amount is omitted from the box 14 and I can handwrite it to box 10.

anyone run into this and what do you do? did I miss some fix?

As far as I know, still not fixed.

hi, here we are again with our annual issue of dependent care in box 10 on the W2 - i still anticipate hand writing the number in the box - anyone know if it got fixed?

Well, this year, it was not an issue. No one used the
Dependant Care Cafeteria Benefit!! :D
