For some reason, startup menu changes do not take effect in EVO. They do in classic DBA though. I changed it iin both PS, but ony classic is effected. No matter which Menu I select it always starts in Manufacturing. Any thoughts?

The PS-A settings are not used in Evo other than the user name and password. You need to use TAS - G and edit the menu and drag the menu you want first to the top of the list. You can rearrange the order of the buttons the same way.
