Not sure what we're doing wrong, but the new TS6SOx.RUN programs give us only blank pages when we try to print with the default TS6SOx3.RTMs. However, when we print from BKSOA.RUN the Acks and Slips print fine using the BKSOx3.RTMs

Why do the TS6 RUN/RTM combos come up empty?

Which version? TAS 6 Evolution or Evo-ERP? If you haven't changed the BMP file, TAS 6 has a crystal hammer as the wallpaper and Evo-ERP has a set of gears. Do invoices print and it is just PS and Ack that don't?

Working fine here and I use T6SOF to do all my invoicing so you can be sure I would be all over the programmers if it wasn't working....

Crystal hammer. It is the Evo that you installed while here in Maine in September. Everything prints fine when using the BK programs, but TS6SOA, SOB and SOC are giving us blank pages. Likely a local problem, here. What should we be looking at?

Copy the respective RTX to RTM to restore the original RTM in case they were edited improperly. See if that helps.

Well, they are sorta working, now. The IT6SOB4.RTM, dated 4/21/03, prints with a blank SO#.

However, since we are going to have to horse around with our RTMs for Evo-ERP anyway, I'll just wait until we install that and then see if everything is magically fixed :-)

Could someone explain what the differences between BK,IBK, IT6 and T6 rtm's are?

The BK versus T6 indicates whether they are for pure Classic DBA (BK) or TAS 6/Evo (T6). The ones with the "I" in the front in either case are the International forms that can print multiple currency symbols.
