Does anyone know how to transfer W-2's electronically to the IRS from DBA?

No you can not. A while ago you could run PR-L-O, however as you notice it is not on the menu anymore. The program requires putting the W-2 information into yhe MMREF format for the IRS and I had Ben do it some years ago and it worked OK. They have reset the MMREF fields so that even that program does not work. I asked for this on the wish list a few years ago but there is not that much interest to move it up in priority.
