There is a problem when reprinting a WO traveler if either the master BOM has been changed or components are substituted on the WO (because of price and/or avail.). The problem is if there are any line remarks for a component, if either the line # in the master BOM has changed, or a component was substituted on the WO, the line remarks for that component will not print in the traveler. I think the only way to fix this would be to add another datafile that contained any component line remarks that were copied over when the WO was created.

I agree!!!! The bom and the routing stay with the work order but the remarks and revision field move with the Item Master and BOM master. This makes managing revision changes very difficult.
