We have a new CFO who is trying to clean up DAB. In the past employess were apparently not diligent in following up Invoices with items received. Out RnI is way out of balance. My questions are 2. 1. Is there an easy way to remove or clean up the received not invoice? 2. Most of the RnI is from 2004. What impact will cleaning up the RnI have on 2004 and 2005 accounting?

I was looking through and noticed this problem that you had with cleaning up old Received not invoiced. Did you ever get the answer for how to clean this up, we have old pos that need to be cleaned up that were received put accounting says was invoiced and paid?
I'm not sure why that happened also, do you have a answer?
