Title: Statement Inconsistencies Post by cariekirk on 03/16/05 at 14:27:44 Hello I can't seem to get correct amounts on statements. If I Summarize into a Balance Forward the TOTAL DUE is different than when I don't. Also different dates entered into the Balance Forward Date gave me different amounts due. The current; 30 days; ect. amount at the bottom seem to be correct and the same on all statements no matter the date in Balance Forward Date. Am I doing something very wrong? :-[ I am using Evo ERP Thank You Carie |
Title: Re: Statement Inconsistencies Post by Lenette on 04/04/05 at 10:28:46 I'd like to add to Carie's problem with some hard numbers in hope on getting an answer. IF YOU run the statement with balance forward from 1/1/05, you'll get these numbers: Current $3,190.62 30 Days ($150.00) TOTAL DUE $3,631.42 If you run the full statement (since we started w/DBA), you'll get the correct numbers as follows: Current $3,190.62 30 Dyas ($150.00) TOTAL DUE $3,040.62 WHY IS THAT???? Title: Re: Statement Inconsistencies Post by aricon on 05/03/05 at 07:36:27 No, definitely not. I'm sure Lynn is looking into it. Failing that, I suppose you can try to try your customers in "DBA math"..... :-/ |
