Trying to enter a PO with 3 line items, each line item after the first is duplicated from the one before, and has vendor part number as 2nd line of description. When the PO is saved without printing, or when printed right away, only two lines are saved. The third line is deleted.

Also another problem is that when entering a PO and you get to the print it goes to the printer screen with preview selected, this is all well and good, but when you have reviewed the PO on the screen, there is no way to e-mail it! YOu can either print a hard copy or are exited and have to re-open to email.

Not sure about #1, I will check into it - haven't had any other reports.

#2 is controlled by an SD-Q Default. In SD-Q, System Manager, there is a new setting for Multiple Print Dialog Box (Y/N/A). If you set it to A then after you close the Preview screen, it will ask if you are finished printing. In you say N it will open the print dialog screen again so you can choose email.

Thanks Lynn I will check the setting in SD-Q. As for prob #1, I did further testing and the duplicate line button definitely does not seem to be working. All duplicate lines disappear, but I can put them in manually and save and they stay there and print.

OK, I missed the point in your original post that you are using the Dupe Line button. Will take a look.
