Title: RMA Add-On and Serial Numbers Post by blehuquet on 04/05/05 at 07:58:31 The RMA add-on does not allow you recieve Serial number items back into the system nor does it allow you to resend out the same serial number as in a repair situation.  I may be missing something but I have been unsuccesful so far.  I would also like the return informatioin to appear on the SC-D serial history report.  Any ideas?
