Before this last major overhaul...
we could print to screen to view a PO for accuracy, then print it and when we closed the screen window get a prompt to email it. AAAAA those were the good old days!

You still can. You need to go to SD-Q and set the default for "Multiple Print Dialog Box" to something other than "N" (I can't remember what "A" stands for, and the Help File hasn't been updated).

You want to set it to A which I think means "ask" if done printing. If you say no to the question after viewing the document it takes you back to the print screen and you can say print or email. See the thread "Problems with PO-A after Evoerp" in Manufacturing.
