Title: Evo-Erp Forms Post by dorner on 04/11/05 at 09:27:44 Am I missing something or did something go wrong with our Evo-Erp upgrade but none of the forms we use for packing lists (T6soc1, T6soc2, ...) print the second line of the item description. Mike |
Title: Re: Evo-Erp Forms Post by Lynn Pantic on 04/11/05 at 09:37:52 It is not the form, it is the way you are answering the questions. Say Y to "Print comments after shipped items?" |
Title: Re: Evo-Erp Forms Post by brookfield on 06/07/05 at 07:00:38 Is there a way to default this to Yes? Thanks Chris |
Title: Re: Evo-Erp Forms Post by stl3370 on 06/07/05 at 07:24:13 Chris, You have to go into SD-Q (IS Tech Support defaults), System Manager, and set the configuration settings option to 1 or 2 (the help screen will tell you the difference). You may also want to assign a password so that all users won't be able to modify the defaults. Once you have this option set, on some of the commands that print forms, a Save Settings box will appear right when you get to the last question on the screen. If you click this and have the password, then however you answered the questions will be saved as your defaults. Sean Leybold Optics |

Title: Re: Evo-Erp Forms Post by cluniefan on 06/21/05 at 14:45:49 Question : With the EVO-ERP version, the program added manufacturer and manufacturer part number on my purchase orders. I do not want this information on my Purchase Orders - just fills up the form much quicker. I am manually going through the PO and deleted that information. How can I edit the purchase order form so that the manufacturer information doesn't show up? ??? |
Title: Re: Evo-Erp Forms Post by Lynn Pantic on 06/21/05 at 15:51:24 The whole point of having them is so that they are printed on the PO, they really don't do much of anything else. If you don't want them on the PO, why not just get rid of them completely? That said, if you just want to take them off the PO but keep them in the system for reference or something, they are seen by the PO program the same as any other comment lines so you can get rid of the comment lines in the RTM but that will also get rid of second description lines and any other comment lines you may type in. |
