Used AM-I to try to consolidate some accounts to free up some space. Put in the range of dates to consolidate. It spooled past the date, so we escaped out. Next, entered a specific GL account. It again spooled past that acct. so escaped. Now the trial balance for our bank account is off and doesn't match the chart of accounts balance, which is correct. How do we correct this? Did the escaping throw it off?

Yes, it probably did. You should restore a backup copy of BKGLTRAN

Our backup is overwritten everyother day, so we don't have a backup of the bkgltran. The only possible backup we have to use is a March-end bkgltran.b that our bookkeeper uses to do our monthend stuff offsite. But if we use that, we wouldn't have the transactions made after that to bring it up to current.

The only account that is off is the bank account. The other gl accts. of the trial balance jive with the chart of accts. balances. Should we do another consolidation attempt and let it spool and see if it corrects the bank account?
