Title: Customers due date Post by Ron on 04/18/05 at 05:55:23 Does anyone know how the 'Customers due date' field is used in DBA? When entering a SO line item it ask for EST Date and Customers due date. The DBA help file doesn't even mention this field.

Title: Re: Customers due date Post by Karen Genco on 04/20/05 at 16:35:43 My understanding is that the Est Date is the estimated ship date (from your facility), and the Due Date is the dock date (or the date the customer expects it at their facility).
