Title: CM-E ERROR W/ REP Post by carie on 04/21/05 at 14:11:44 Hello, I hope someone can Help me w/ this problem :-/ We are currently setting up Contact Manager. Just finished getting everyone Rep codes and Passwords and that is going to work great BUT I would like to use CM-E and it will not let me enter "History" or "Follow". I can get into the Vendor but when I click on History or Follow I get this: ! Error: The current rep, , is not set up in CM as a rep. As far as I can tell by researching it should be asking me for my Rep password at this point. I've looked and can't find any reason for this error. Any ideas?? Thanks Carie |

Title: Re: CM-E ERROR W/ REP Post by carie on 05/19/05 at 14:09:36 Another Question: Yes - it works in DBA (Thank You) but - I was under the understanding that in CM-E it had the History Code option just as in CM-A & AR-A Add A Call / Edit A Call / Delete A Call with the option to use History Codes - But it doesn't so why when they are talking about History codes do they include the Vendors in that list??? Also when can I expect a Fix in Evo? ;) Carie |
