My customer is asking that we include our phone numbers on our Certifications that we generate using the SO-M. Can a new rtm be made, like the new packing lists rtm's, that include the phone numbers?

You can add your phone number to the form anyplace you want using the forms editor. It is pure text, not a data field so it doesn't even require Evo.
