Since installing the 02/22/05 update we have frequent created WOs that have an existing Routing and BOM (they are there if printed to the screen), but upon printing the BOM is missing. We are able to catch most of them before going to the floor, but are concerned about missing the "incomplete" ones.

We need your help!

You are referring to WO-C? Which RTM are you using? If you go to the screen first and it is there, then click the printer icon on that screen, does it pass to the printer?

Yes - WO-C.
BKWOC1.RTM
Using the print icon from the screen (BOM is there) does not print BOM to traveler. It's only happening on subassemblies.
