Move the original fields out of the way and make them invisible (in case it doesn't work or you decide you want them back - it's easier). Then add the fields from BKCMACCT. As long as all your customers are in CM it will work. You could leave both sets of fields there, but the customers who are in CM would have double entries. If none of your customers are in CM you could leave the fields from both files in the same place and visible. Only the one with info will print. |

The customer phone & fax numbers are printing on quotes, the non-customer ones are not. Non-customers are entered in CM and are not made customers unless an order is received. I tried renaming the field to call out the contact manager #'s, but it returned an error and booted me out of the program. Any further thoughts on how to resolve this? Thanks, |
