I am trying to export/print to disk the SA-M Sales report into excel but you are only given the option to list to screen or print. Why? Thanks.

Try answering Y to Text format, N to Export. This gives you a text output file, and will give you the option to save to disk.
It's not a csv format, but can be opened in Excel.

Or, in Evo, choose RTM format and printer and then choose Print to File on the Printer Dialog box and choose Excel format.
