Am using version 2002.4. We have just recently decided to try tracking the source of our sales orders to specific advertising. I thought that we could use the salesman #2 field and produce bookings reports that would include information from that field. It seems that SA-A only picks up the Salesman #1 in running this report. I can understand that you would not want a report to list duplicate bookings but if I enter a single salesman's number I would like to get a total for that number. We don't really create our salesman's commissions off DBA because we do not have a set %, so all commission %s are zero.
any suggestions?

If you use Crystal reports, you could use a field like, job number but it will print on sales docs unless you modify the rtm. and than build a report using that field. You could use cust ref field. you would need to setup your lead sources as customers. You could make their cust # a type that you could exclude in other reports.
