I was working on DBA - WO processing when I received
the following error:

An error has occurred while accessing a non-tas file -
C:\ISTS\WhoamI.dba [Enter]

An error message was not found in the ERR MSG.B file 405.

It keeps going back an forth between these messages.

so I CTL -ALT-DEL to end task

what is the problem and how can I correct it?

I am receiving the same message on one of the workstations.... and it is causing great delay in entering finished production or receiving in POs

What is the resolution? I need an solution quickly!!

Try logging out of Evo, then logging back in. if that does not work then log off Evo,go to the c:\ists folder and delete the whoami file then relogin to Evo.
