I loaded the 6/20/05 update. We think the Business Status feature is great. We manually do a daily "Flash Report" which contains this information. To have it done automatically is great.

However, we are having a problem when printing packing lists in SO-C. The field "Include B/O's in Qty this Shipment" is set to N and the cursor skips right over it. We can not change it. I went through all the SD-Q defaults to make sure I wasn't missing something but found no fields related to this. Anyone have any ideas?

I have two issues after the 6/21 update.

1. Where do I fix the error message "Do you want to make T6SOC4.RTM the default Graphical Form name for Packing Slips"?

2. Where do I set the default to "Y" to Print Commnets after Shipped Items? I click the save settings button yet it doesn't save the setting. (this is actual from before the update)

I'd also like to add that you no longer receive the "finsihed printing" option after the acknowledgements... I WANT IT BACK !!!!

I've yet to look at the logic behind this, but if you answer "Y" to print non released lines in SO-C then the "BO" question is then editable..

the ists defaults seem only to working for the packing slip not the acknowledgement.

this is still a problem for us. SO-C "save settings" does not retain the "Y" value. This became a problem 2 upgrades back. Any suggestions??

Make sure you have the patch from www.istechsupport.com/dl/620patch.zip - let me know if you still have problems.

NovaZyg - The field " Print non released lines" is also skipped so I can not change it, but there is a "Y" in there already and I still can not get to the "BO" question.

If you say N to Print Non Released Lines then you can't change the choice about backorders. So the real problem is skipping the question about printing non-released lines - which I can get to and change.

Double check the modified date of T6SOC.RUN - the one in the latest patch file is 6/23/05. Download from www.istechsupport.com/dl/620patch.zip if you have an older one.

T6SOC.RUN is dated 6/23/05 11:05am. I can not get to the field "Print Non-released Lines" It is also skipped when I enter or tab through the screen. I can put my cursor on that field, change it to "N" but as soon as I move off the field it is changed back to "Y". So having "Print Non-released Lines" set to "Y" does no solve my problem of not being able to edit "Include B/O's in Qty this Shipment" and print backordered items.

Change the Packing Slip Print Format Number in SO Defaults (SD-M) to form #2 or #4 and say 'Y' to Print non-released Lines to get access to the "Incl B/O in qty this Shipment".
