I am attempting to do a clean install of evo on a test server. if i first install from the cd (2004.1) and then install issb62005 will that get me up and running? To preserve exsisting data, can i copy the DEFAULT folder over to the test server?

No, not all the files needed for Evo are in the ISSB62005 file. Email me off the forum and I will send you the link to the files you need.
