ok.... i don't even know where to post this.... perhaps our building is haunted.

On 2 pcs the T6SOF4.RTM (customized) prints the boxes w/ a blue background (correctly).

On 1 pc it prints w/ an absence of color (white) background.

Same form used on all 3 pcs.

Any thoughts???

OK... after more research on this problem, here's what we found.

On the problem pc, the user changed her WINDOWS screen defaults to green verses the normal MS default blue. When she changed it back to MS default the "blue" on the invoices started printing again.

WHY IS WINDOWS changing my .rtm form????

The colors used in the form are Windows system colors. The color that appears depends on the color scheme you are using for Windows. Furthermore, the actual color that appears will vary from system to system. For example, the color fuchsia may appear more blue on one system than another.
