Title: exceeding line items on a p/o
Post by apsupplies on 07/20/05 at 10:19:36

I was generating a purchase order from an MRP and it had over 199 line items.  At no time was I informed that I had reached the max allowed on a purchase order.  Now I need to know how to go in and edit off the line items exceeding the 199 limit.  Any one know how to do this without deleting the entire purchase order and starting over?????

Maintain DB. Ran into this once and it was the only way.

In Evo, you can have more than 199 lines.  Us Evo to process it (T6POA.RUN and T6POC.RUN and you can leave it the way it is.  I know you have some users in Evo and others in Classic but Evo can handle 5000 lines per PO.

Hi;
I am Arnold from CeeJay Tool Company, the fairly new
guy that has had to learn DBA fast. I ran into this
problem recently, and was able to save the PO, then
go in and edit it and take out specific lines and then
make it work. Don't print it, just save it and then
re-open it and edit it.
Arnold
