. . The folder already contains a file named TP6.run
. . Would you like to replace the existing file?

I am attempting to do the 6-20-05 update, but its been over a year since my last update and I cant remember much. Should I say yes, or yes to all.....or cancel?

Yes to all. That is the whole point of the update - to replace old program files with newer ones.
