We are having such problems with this upgrade, that the president is looking into other software also.

I have repeatedly state that I get bumped out saying "error creating popups for buttons" or someting like that.

Have asked for help with templates and forms - can't seem to get anywhere.

Anyone have any of these problems that can offer some help. We have been upgraded for over a week and we can't use any of the features that we purchases the upgrade for.

What are your server and Workstation operating systems? You sent me a copy of all your user menu files and I was able to log in here as you using your menus without any pop up errors. Can you send me a copy of the TASPRO7.INI from your C:\ISTS folder so I can check settings?

Are you using the shortcut keys that can be set up? I have had the same problem for the last several updates. But not when selecting an item directly.

We have identified a problem when using the dropdown from "Module" on the top toolbar and David has noted a similar issue with hot keys that we will look at but navigating using the regular program buttons is OK.
