I have installed Crystal Reports Ver 8.0 onto my workstation but can't seem to get it to link to DBA. I am not very literate in computer technology. Is this something I can do or should I have our IT tech link the two programs?

I had a previous version of Crystal but when we upgraded our DBA, it wouldn't work. Any suggestions??

You can link by either ODBC or DDF. ODBC is a zillion times faster then DDF but requires a bit of setup in pervasive. At the server you need to create an ODBC Database engine to connect to the ODBC files you NEED to create for DBA. Than you need to create a cliect engine on your workstation. If you feel you want to give this a shot, do a search for ODBC on the forums. You will find alot of stuff.
