We use version 2002.4DL.

When we reprint invoices the ship date prints as 00/00/00. The original invoice has the ship date listed.
What are we doing wrong?

What you are doing wrong is not subscribing to the IS Tech Support updates - we have fixed that along with many many others. ;) C'mon, a whole $35/month and you get two and a half years worth of bug fixes and improvements in a single download. Ten users, that works out to less than 12 cents per day each (well, OK, except in February it is 12.5 cents).
