Here's a strange one:
If we go into print an RMA, but have the list of RMA's open and use the print button from that screen, when the report name comes up it's JKSOSB4.RTM, which doesn't work. If you try changing it to the T6SOSb4.rtm (I think that's correct--going by memory here) report, when you tell it to print you get just a very long, empty window with an OK button.

However, if you use the Print RMA right from the SO menu, and don't open the list of RMAs or have any RMA open, the report comes up correctly, and it prints correctly w/o the empty error box.

Do we need an upgrade/patch to fix this?
