Today while doing account calls I noticed two customers who I was sure had follow-up codes previously entered, but there were none listed when I looked at "Lookup Acct Follow-ups" in AR-A.

Then I printed an Aging report with followups from all dates, and they are there.

Do they "expire" after their dates or something and not show up in AR-A?
