Title: Business Status Open Orders Negative
Post by Vman on 09/28/05 at 06:08:58

After updating to the 09/25 update, the open orders entry in the Business Status main screen is now a negative number.

Well I have not done the update yet but my open order balance shows $1,237,025.69 when it is actually $91,540 many if not all the fields are wrong?

There were a couple of problems with the Open Orders and Bookings numbers that we think we have all fixed with the 9/25 update.  You can use Maintain Database on the ISBSF data file and change the numbers to the correct values and they should be correct going forward.

What would happen if we just delete the entries that are in ISBSF. Would it then recalculate them correctly? I really don't want to manually calculate all those numbers, and the history (I have three months) is not important to me.

How about a CLEAR button? ;D

Tried deleting all the entries in the ISBSF file, but it did not force an update.  Is there someplace else where this is controlled?

Field in BKYSMSTR   BKYS.YN[105]  set it to blank and it will zap all data and rebuild all.. that will do it.
