I cannot get the program to routinely include the specifications. Sometimes it asks if they should be included - saying yes does not insure they are included, sometimes it doesn't ask. I do not have the same problem in PO-A Enter POs. Any thoughts?

What version are you running? PO-A and PO-E are the same program. The PO-E menu just calles PO-A and tells it to open the rfq files not the standard PO files.

It never fails in the PO-A process
It seems to alays include specifications after about the fourth item on a given RFQ - could it be in the RFQ form?
