Hello,

Just wondering if there is a way to close a sales order not shipped or without invoicing them?

I can't seem to find it anywhere.

In SO-A, in the lookup screen, there is a Delete button.

If you do not want to delete the sales order, you can edit the open quantities on the lines of the sales order to "0", and then when you save the sales order changes, DBA will prompt you to close the sales order as there are no quantities left to ship

OR you can change the line item quantity to 0 and save and the program will ask you if you want to close this SO, say yes. This helps if you want to keep a record of the sales order number instead of deleting it.

Ok, thanks. Just tried that. Changed the Ship & BO qty's to 0 and saved and it closed the order. This is what I was looking for, as I didn't really want to delete the sales orders.
