Is there a way to print a listing of Sales Orders using a date range that would include both the value of open and closed Sales Orders?

No matter how I try using SO-O-K, I am unable to get a listing that includes the value of the closed Sales Orders.

For example, suppose we want to get a list showing the value of all of the sales orders received during the last week. It is quite possible that some of the orders have been shipped and closed. These would not show up on the report.

SA-A as a booking report. It will include open as well as shipped during any date range you choose.
