Can anyone tell me why this report does not print in date order?

Mine Does. You might have to reindex the file.

Would you please expand on those instructions? I assume I'm rebuilding the BKPRHIST file??? I don't see an index key for the date in maintain database. Also, I am on Pervasive 8.5.

Yes, BKPRHIST is the file, use Index Key 1. With Pervasive 8, you get the screen to choose the index key after you select the files.

Well.... if 04/15/05 comes before 01/15/05 then all is great. Otherwise, it still did not fix the problem. However, I will admit that the 04/15 payroll is now the only one out of order.
