I've just added a label printer in the shipping department. If I run SO-D from that computer everything works great. If I run the program from any other computer, it works for a single label. If I print multiple labels I get all blanks. This happens if I ask for multiple copies from the program or if I print one to the screen & then ask for multiple copies from the printer screen??????

Any ideas what is going on.

The same thing happens from AR-I if i ask for multiple copies of one customer.

On the computer that is printing the blanks, check the paper size before you goto print. This happend to us and this fixed it.
