E-mail PO's

where do I enter the PO e-mail address so its in there.

when I get them in the right place will the PO i'm e-mailing pull in the address so they dont have to search thru a big list addresses

They go under the Contacts tab in the vendor master record. It will pull in the first contact's email address. The list will show only the contacts (up to 5) from that vendor's record.
If you email a PO and there is no address in contact 1, the first address you type in the email will be saved as contact 1.
