Anyone else getting the message "There are users logged into system. Please get everyone out before running this update." when trying to install the update even though no one else is logged in and the network card is disabled?

Go to pervasive Control Panel, tools, active files or users. Make certain all users and files are closed. If all else fails, reboot the server and than do the update.

It seems to work fine after a reboot. That was strange.
